The General Terms and Conditions apply to all legal relationships between the organiser of the Airport Wiesn Oktoberfest Saarland, Grunder Gourmet Party- und Event- Catering GmbH & Co. KG - Kai Grunder and the guests of the Oktoberfest tent "Airport Wiesen Oktoberfest Saarland".

2. reservations 

Reservations can only be made ONLINE via the website airport-wiesn.de. 

3. reservation handling - issuing tokens - table reservations 

• Admission wristbands and tokens are generally not sent out. Reservation documents will be handed out on the day of the event in front of the marquee. 

• Your booked tables are reserved for you from 6 pm on all days. The reserved tables must be occupied by 7 pm at the latest. The organiser can no longer guarantee seats after this time.

4. validities 

• The tokens are valid on all event days of the Airport Wiesen Oktoberfest Saarland in the current year. It is generally not possible to return tokens purchased as part of the reservation. 
• The beer tokens are valid for all drinks that can be ordered directly from the responsible service staff and at the bars in direct sales. The tokens cannot be redeemed in the schnapps bar. 

• The tokens for a meal are only valid for a ½ chicken, a ½ pork knuckle or for a salad (vegetarian). The service staff cannot book any other dish for this token, even if the additional price is paid. 

5. general 

• Contractual relationships are established exclusively between the purchaser and holder of the admission ticket and the organiser through the purchase of the admission ticket.
• The organiser reserves the right to change the reservation area if necessary. 

• A reservation does not generally entitle you to a table in the following year. However, as in previous years, it is planned to offer the tables to the previous year's guests again as an option. 

• No drinks may be brought into the marquee. The organiser reserves the right to inspect any items brought in (in particular bags and rucksacks). 

• In case of non-compliance with legal regulations (especially the health protection law - smoking ban in the marquee!) the guest will be expelled from the marquee. 

• The right to refuse admission for good cause is reserved. 

• The instructions of the security personnel must be followed. 

• The organiser reserves the right to change the musical programme without prior notice. 

• For reasons of youth protection, persons under the age of 16 will not be admitted from 6 pm. Persons who are over 16 but under 18 at the time of the event must unfortunately leave the marquee at midnight. 

• If the Oktoberfest does not take place or if marquee operation is not possible on the reserved dates - for whatever reason - the reservation is deemed to be cancelled. In such cases, the price of the tokens/entrance wristbands purchased for the reservation will be refunded upon return. 

• Otherwise there are no claims against the festival organiser. 

6. use of data 

The organiser is entitled to collect, store, process and use the customer's personal data. The customer expressly agrees to this. The Organiser is entitled, until further notice, to include the name/company name of the Customer on posted reservation lists and table signs. Any objection must be addressed to the Organiser in writing. The organiser undertakes to comply with the statutory data protection regulations (GDPR).
