Payment & Shipping

We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the payment method that suits you best. The prices quoted in the respective offers are final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price; they can be called up via the "Shipping costs" page, are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition.

• Credit card: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Simply enter your credit card details during the order process.
• Giropay: If you use online banking, you can also pay quickly and easily with Giropay.
• PayPal: With PayPal you can pay for your order easily and securely. You will be forwarded directly to PayPal, where you can confirm your payment.
• Apple Pay: If you have an Apple device, you can also pay for your order with Apple Pay.

We will send you your tickets by e-mail as soon as you have completed your order. Dispatch by e-mail is free of charge for you. Please make sure that you enter a valid e-mail address when placing your order and that you have received the e-mail with your tickets. If you have not received the e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

Please print out your tickets or bring them with you to the venue on your mobile device. The barcode on the ticket will be scanned on entry to allow you access to the event. Please note that tickets are non-transferable and that you must show a valid ID that matches the name on the ticket upon entry.
